Our Story

Founded in 2015 by Eyal Gallico, Apollo IT Services was born out of a deep empathy for small businesses. Gallico understood the unique challenges that small businesses face, often feeling the frustration of not receiving the support they need and lacking access to the same resources and consulting as larger enterprises. With a vision to bridge this gap, Apollo IT Services was established to provide top-notch IT solutions tailored specifically for small and medium-sized businesses.

In October 2021, Gallico met Carlos Mercado, a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Austin, Texas. Recognizing a shared vision and complementary strengths, they decided to join forces. This partnership aimed to elevate Apollo IT Services to a Best-in-class MSP, enhancing our capabilities and expanding our reach.

• Bentonville, Arkansas - Our headquarters is located in Bentonville, the heart of Northwest Arkansas. From here, we coordinate our operations and serve our clients across the region with dedicated IT support and services.
