Arkansas Public Theatre to hold auditions for A COMEDY OF TENORS September 16

Arkansas Public Theatre (APT) will hold auditions for A COMEDY OF TENORS by Ken Ludwig on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the historic Victory Theater, 116 S. 2nd St, Rogers.

Doors for auditions will open at 6:30 p.m. Call backs, if needed, will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2019.

Auditions will be based upon readings from the script and singing. The entire audition packet, including the audition times, audition scenes, character descriptions, and rehearsal schedule is available for download at www.arkansaspublictheatre.org.  Download packet prior to auditions and bring to audition with you.

Performances will be November 1-3 and 7-10, 2019 at the historic Victory Theater.

In this hilarious sequel to Lend Me a Tenor, we have one hotel suite, four tenors, two wives, three girlfriends, and a soccer stadium filled with screaming fans. What could possibly go wrong? It’s 1930s Paris and the stage is set for the concert of the century – as long as producer Henry Saunders can keep Italian superstar Tito Merelli and his hot-blooded wife, Maira, from causing runaway chaos. Prepare for an uproarious ride, full of mistaken identities, bedroom hijinks, and madcap delight.
