Hachem Investments, Inc. Breaks Ground on ONE Uptown at Uptown Pinnacle Hills Commercial District in Rogers

Hachem Investments, Inc., a Florida Based Corporation, held a ceremonial groundbreaking today at the Uptown Pinnacle Hills Commercial District in Rogers to begin construction on ONE Uptown. This 3-story, 60,000 square-feet, mixed-use development is a signature piece with a high level of detailing and material choices. ONE Uptown is set to open in Spring of 2020.

Laurice Hachem, President of Hachem Investments Inc., joined Rogers Mayor Greg Hines, community leaders, representatives from HFA architectural firm, and Crossland Construction, for the ceremony to celebrate the beginning of this new construction.

“This is a special day as we officially break ground on ONE Uptown,” said Hachem. “This property, once completed, will be a wonderful addition to our community and to Northwest Arkansas!”

The project will mix elements of both retail and class A office space. Designs for the property show the first floor containing a beautiful urban plaza with modern landscaping elements and two-sided retail. The second floor consists of Class A office space. The third floor will create a unique rooftop dining experience in Rogers by offering two high-end, glass restaurant spaces with nearly 20,000 square-feet of rooftop patio and dining overlooking the Pinnacle Golf Course to the West and Northeasterly views all the way to the Walmart AMP.

The building will have many custom pieces: a multi-level roof designed out of angled, ACM panels; a custom, concave Art Wall; a grand, centrally-located, curved staircase; a custom glass elevator; and an 800 square-foot LED screen on the East Facade facing I-49. Harrison French, HFA Founder and Chairman of the Board, said, “With its entry plaza, elegant stairway, art wall, and rooftop restaurant, One Uptown is setting a new bar for Northwest Arkansas.”

Rogers Mayor Greg Hines, who spoke at the groundbreaking, said, “Any time we get to celebrate a new construction project in Rogers, it is a great day for both the city and Northwest Arkansas. We look forward to this new addition to our skyline and the retail, office, and restaurant spaces this amazing building brings with it.”

Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce President/CEO, Raymond Burns, added, “Rogers is becoming the class A and retail center of Northwest Arkansas. Projects like One Uptown are a great addition to our city and region. This new development is helping to raise the standard for construction and adding to our world-class quality of life, making Northwest Arkansas an ideal place to live, work, and play.”

Crossland Construction is the lead contractor for the construction project and estimates completion in the Spring of 2020.
