SEEK Offers College Students, Young Professionals Out-of-this-World Experience at Walton Arts Center

College students and young professionals from around the region are invited to the next SEEK Fayetteville event on Saturday, June 29 at 8 p.m. Presented by Walton Arts Center, SEEK includes a full evening of entertainment for one low price.

Tickets are $20 and include access to the finale performance of Artosphere Festival Orchestra and an after-show party at Walton Arts Center. Tickets can be purchased online at waltonartscenter.org/seek or by calling 479.443.5600.

The theme of this year's 10th Anniversary of Artosphere: Arkansas' Arts and Nature Festival is space, and the AFO finale is an immersive, multimedia symphonic event commemorating the moon landing. The program features some of the best-loved space-inspired songs, including works by composers ranging from Strauss, Monteverdi, Bach, Handel, Debussy and Puccini, to the modern likes of John Williams and more. These works will be performed alongside a screening and narration of the 1902 film A Trip to the Moon by Georges Méliès.

With a SEEK ticket, college students and young professionals get tickets at a lower cost and access to an exclusive after party with the Artosphere Festival Orchestra musicians - considered to be some of the most talented young musicians performing classical works today from across the country. The party includes an open tab featuring local craft beer and a signature drink, light hors d’oeuvres, dancing, interactive art activations and more.
