BLUSH Boot Camp is all about empowering women through fitness! We offer boot camp style sessions completely led by a trainer. It is personal training in a small group setting. Sessions are created for all fitness levels, with modifications and challenges for every move. Our memberships include babysitting during your workout, monthly balance meetings to set and meet your goals, and an amazing community of ladies to keep you empowered every step of your health journey. We have over 40 session times per week, and other fun events through the month. Your first session is always FREE, we can't wait to workout with you!!
