The Mission of P.E.A.R.L. is to provide assistance, education, and support to the specialty courts and the recovery community of Arkansas. P.E.A.R.L. inspires people with substance use disorders to embrace the process of change through which people improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential. P.E.A.R.L. provides support to the path of recovery.
