At PACE of the Ozarks, we are dedicated to providing you with quality health care services so that you may remain as independent as possible. This includes providing all Medicare-covered items and services and Medicaid services, and other services determined to be necessary by the interdisciplinary team across all care settings, 24 hours a day,7 days a week.
PACE is a voluntary program. This means you direct your care. You are the Participant in developing your care and how your care is delivered.
The goals of PACE are:
• To maximize the independence, dignity, and respect of PACE Participants.
• To help make PACE Participants more independent and improve their quality of life. To provide coordinated quality health care to PACE Participants.
• To keep PACE Participants living safely in their homes and communities as long as possible.
• To help support and keep PACE Participants together with their family.
