The Street Division employees report direct to Aaron Pile and Jimmy Hendrix with Lowell Public Works. The Lowell Street Division's responsibilities include maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, drainage structures, and reconstruction of deteriorated and dilapidated ones as well as new construction of these infrastructure projects. The Street Division also provides mowing services, street cleaning, and replacement of street signs within the city limits. Traffic Lights also fall within the Street Division's responsibilities.
