In 2012, Eric Boen and Jeff Kemp were working together to assist clients with site selection for diverse commercial projects. At the time, they had to find and rely on local contractors to ensure successful project completion. In 2017, Boen Kemp was established with a focus on becoming a comprehensive service provider. Today, the company stands out as the only regional commercial construction company offering a full range of services that includes preconstruction, construction, design-build, and even commercial development services through our sister company, Commercial Realty, LLC.
