• Primary care services including annual exams; diagnosis, treatment and management of chronic health conditions; and treatment of common illnesses such as sore throat, fever and abdominal pain
• Geriatric consults with referral from a primary care physician
• COVID-19 vaccines available by appointment
• Memory Disorders Clinic providing evaluation, treatment and management of memory disorders and cognitive related problems including Alzheimer’s disease (AD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), frontotemporal dementia (FTD), mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and vascular dementia (VaD)
• Movement Disorders Clinic offering evaluation and management of movement disorders including Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and tremors
