Colliers International Named Top Firm by CoStar Group Inc. |

Colliers International Arkansas was recently recognized as a top leasing firm and a top sales firm by CoStar Group Inc. in the 2018 Power Broker Awards for Northwest Arkansas.
The CoStar Power Brokers Awards are presented to both the firms and individuals who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective markets throughout the year. All awards are based on transaction data obtained from CoStar's independently researched online database.
Two Colliers International brokers also were individually named power brokers: Steven P. Lane, principal and managing director of the Colliers International Northwest Arkansas office, was honored as a top sales broker, and Alan W. Cole, a principal and broker in the firm's Northwest Arkansas office, was recognized as a top retail leasing broker.
