NWA Law Firm Members Selected to Top Lawyers List

Super Lawyers Magazine, a rating service of outstanding lawyers, has selected Sean T.Keith, Mason Boling and George Rozzell, of Northwest Arkansas law firm Keith, Miller, Butler, Schneider & Pawlik (K.M.B.S.P.), for the annual Super Lawyers list. Keith was recognized as a “Top Rated Class Action and Mass Torts” attorney in the Mid South. Similarly, Boling was recognized in the category of "Products Liability” attorney in Rogers and Rozzell was selected in the “Top General Litigation” category. All three practice out of the firm's Rogers office.

Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process, according to their website. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, region-by-region basis. No more than five percent of attorneys in each region are selected for the list.

The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in issues of Super Lawyers Magazine and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country. Super Lawyers Magazine features editorial profiles of attorneys who embody excellence in the practice of law.

He is a member of the Benton County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association (A.T.L.A.).

Rozzell focuses his practice on law for individuals and small businesses including: civil litigation, employment law, appellate practice and commercial law. Rozzell is a member of the A.T.L.A., the Arkansas Bar Association and the W.B. Putman Inns of Court.
