Still on the Hill Performs Free Concert at Walton Arts Center |

The popular Arkansas story-telling, singer-songwriters, Still on the Hill, are bringing their latest project, Cane Hill Stories, to Walton Arts Center on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 4 p.m.
Admission is free to the public, and patrons can reserve up to four tickets per person. Tickets can be reserved in-person at the Walton Arts Center Box Office, by 479.443.5600 or by visiting waltonartscenter.org. If you reserve tickets and cannot attend, we ask that you notify the box office so that they can be released for other patrons to use.
The town of Cane Hill played an important role in the early settlement days of Northwest Arkansas. The Civil War, the Trail of Tears, the rise of the apple industry and other events left a rich history and countless stories to be told.
The town had all but disappeared by the middle of the 20th century when the Historic Cane Hill board approached Still on the Hill with the idea to create an album of story songs celebrating Cane Hill’s unique history.
Described as “ambassadors of the Ozarks” for the work they do to preserve a rich culture that is quickly disappearing, Still on the Hill is uniquely equipped for this project. Kelly and Donna Mulhollan are award-winning performers who embellish their songs with a host of unique instruments from the hills that they call home.
They have produced 11 widely acclaimed albums. Cane Hill Stories is their fourth Ozark-based project.
