EOA Children’s House was established in 1978 to provide services for children who have suffered from abuse or life-threatening neglect. Each child receives therapy and counseling services, healthy meals, a preschool education, and a stable environment to help heal from the effects of trauma. Each day is focused on creating lasting, positive change to prepare each child not only to enter kindergarten on equal footing with their classmates, but also to build self-confidence to lead a happy, healthy life. EOA Children’s House serves both Benton and Washington counties.

Economic Opportunity Agency (EOA) is a community action agency dedicated to helping low-income households achieve economic stability. EOA administers a range of programs designed to address the roots of poverty through a strategic two-generation approach. The mission of EOA is “empowering children and families to learn, connect, and succeed.”
