Corps Takes Beaver Dam's Second Generator Off-Line for Emergency Repairs |

Hydropower generators at Beaver Dam are currently off-line and will remain off-line for an undetermined amount of time.
Currently one hydropower unit has been off-line for repairs for some time and the other unit has been be taken off-line for emergency repairs. The second unit will be brought back on-line as soon as emergency repairs have been completed.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Little Rock District is monitoring water temperature and dissolved oxygen levels downstream and coordinating closely with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
