ASK Leadership Team Offering Free Leadership Training Sessions in English and Spanish

The Northwest Arkansas (NWA) area John Maxwell Team of Independent Coaches are joining together to provide free leadership training for NWA area business in August 2018 at The Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce.

“Our community depends, at its core, on its leaders,” said Sarinette Caraballo. “Helping to develop strong leadership skills in our business owners is vital for the health of the entire community. We operate, ultimately, as a whole. The more successful, thriving businesses there are in the NWA area, the more business the area will draw. At the end of the day, the leadership training we provide benefits us all.” Caraballo is one of the owners of ASK Leadership Team (ASK). She’s leading this effort with Carlos Irizarry, also a John Maxwell Team Independent Coach and owner of ASK.

Free John Maxwell Leadership Training in NWA Details
Sessions are 100 percent free for businesses with five or more participants and can be scheduled here for the English session or here for the Spanish session. The training averages between 45-60 minutes and is packed with highly usable information in a fun learning environment. Small Business Owners and/or Executives are more than welcome.

"Our goal is to have each team member come away with at least one mind-challenging idea that will spark a desire for self- improvement and increased productivity within your organization," Caraballo said. "While many individuals feel that leadership is just a gift that some have, and some don’t, we define leadership, provide purposeful ways to grow and improve leadership skills, and begin to cultivate a mentality primed for improvement and growth. Once exposed to our training, ideas are unlocked and old unproductive habits can be left behind. I am extremely excited for this coming year. I expect to see tremendous growth in NWA businesses over the next few years."
