Arkansas-Based Fresh Harvest Opens New Tasting Room

Fresh Harvest has opened a new Tasting Room in historic downtown Rogers located ‘on the bricks’ at 211 W. Walnut St.

Fresh Harvest, an Arkansas-based company, is a provider of ultra-premium extra virgin olive oils, fused olive oils, infused olive oils, gourmet oils, barrel-aged Balsamic vinegars imported from Modena, Italy, and other food products including GMO-free wheat pasta, gluten-free pasta, sauces, olives and more. Their Tasting Rooms allow customers to sample products before purchase, plus they provide a comprehensive tour about their products at no charge.

“Our grade of food products is ultra-premium, which is more stringent than USDA organic," Owner Steve Ketchersid said. "Nearly all of the extra virgin olive oil sold in the United States is fake and most European companies lie on their labels. Most of it is canola oil with green food coloring. Balsamic is mostly a knock-off, too. But we have the real thing.”

Visiting a Fresh Harvest Tasting Room is an immersion in fun and nutritional education combined with superior quality product tasting that creates a unique, positive experience. When taking a Fresh Harvest tasting tour, which is complimentary, a customer learns about the lack of FDA regulations on imported food products, grades of olive oils, the adulteration of imported olive oils, types and variety of olives, how authentic Modena balsamic is crafted, and the benefits of their super high-antioxidant products which is documented to fight disease like cancer.

Fresh Harvest’s Tasting Room offers 80 items to taste and explore. Their oil collection features Extra Virgin, Blood Orange, Persian Lime, Green Chili, Garlic, Rosemary and Basil, just to name a few. Their range of authentic Italian balsamic vinegars includes Raspberry, Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut, Key Lime, Mission Fig, Black Cherry and Espresso, plus many more.

Fresh Harvest in Rogers is open Tuesday-Saturday (10 a.m.-6 p.m.). Visit them online at www.FreshHarvest.co or call them in Rogers at 479-877-6996.
