Arkansas Public Theatre (APT) will present AN ACT OF GOD on June 8-10 and 14-17, 2018

Arkansas Public Theatre (APT) will present AN ACT OF GOD, by David Javerbaum, on June 8-10 and 14-17, 2018 presented by Ron and Julie Hayes.

Still another fresh from Broadway hit, An Act of God starred Jim Parsons (TV’s Sheldon on Big Bang Theory) as God. The One with the first and last word on everything has finally arrived to set the record straight. After many millennia, and in just 90 minutes, God (assisted by His devoted angels) answers some of the deepest questions that have plagued mankind since Creation. This production contains adult language and is not recommended for those under 17 years of age.

Curtain time for Thursday thru Saturday performances is 8 p.m. with Sunday performances at 2 p.m. Doors and Concessions open at 7:00 p.m. Cabaret Seats are $25/per person or $40/table (includes 2 individual seats) and Balcony Seats are $18/per person. Group discounts for 10 or more guests are available by contacting the Box Office. Tickets may be purchased on the APT website at www.arkansaspublictheatre.org or at the APT Box Office at 479-631-8988. All performances will be held at the historic Victory Theater, 116 S. 2nd St. in Rogers.

Now in its 32nd year, APT is Arkansas' Public Theater, producing classic, cutting-edge, fresh-from-Broadway plays, musicals, and special events at the historic Victory Theater. Annually, over 1000 volunteers and performers have propelled APT to be recognized as one of the region’s top live theater's—among the area’s two professional live theaters—during the past six years. APT is the only all-volunteer community theater in Northwest Arkansas. With a large subscription base and funding support from some of the area’s most prominent businesses, foundations and community groups, Arkansas Public Theatre continues to grow and be a vibrant part of the region.
