Cameron Smith & Associates Ranked One of Nation's Best Executive Search Firms by Forbes Media

Forbes Media has just published its 2018 ranking of America’s Best Executive Search Firms. Included in the list of the nation’s top recruiting firms is Rogers-based Cameron Smith & Associates.

Forbes’ rankings recognize the best recruiters in two different categories: The Top 250 Executive Search Firms, for firms specializing in filling jobs with salaries of at least $100,000, and the Top 250 Professional Search Firms for firms that focus on filling positions with salaries under $100,000. Cameron Smith & Associates is ranked 50th in the Top Executive Search Firms category.

The ranking of the Best Recruiting Firms 2018 is based on surveys of 30,000 external recruiters, 4,500 job candidates and HR managers who work with third-party recruiters. The results can be viewed online at www.forbes.com. 

Cameron Smith & Associates has a longstanding reputation as the first choice in recruiting for the suppliers to Walmart. As local consumer products teams evolved, CSA recognized the need to recruit talent with more diverse expertise. Beginning in 2007, CSA made a significant investment and expanded its business to a national footprint.

Recently, CSA hired two former international EVP’s from Walmart to build an international extension at Cameron Smith & Associates.
