Inseitz Group Women’s Empowerment Center opens registration for Rising Female Leaders Spring 2018 Session

The Inseitz Group has announced registration is open for the fourth Women’s Personal Leadership Effectiveness™ certificate program for spring 2018.

Becky Paneitz, president emeritus of NorthWest Arkansas Community College, developed the character-based leadership development program for rising female professionals in collaboration with Future Achievement International® (FAI). The program is based on the MAXIMIZERS™ Principles outlined in the book Achieving Authentic Success by Dr. Ron Jenson. "The curriculum and self-assessment tool provide the foundation for the program,” Paneitz said. “Completion of the Personal Leadership Effectiveness™ program enhances the graduates’ ability to navigate their lives with intentionality and focus, equipped with their own personal/professional life plan.”

Women in the Personal Leadership Effectiveness™ program will:
• Learn about character-based principles that impact personal and professional success.
• Hear professional women speak about the impact these principles have had on their personal and professional lives. In-person class sessions will also serve as networking sessions for participants.
• Meet with a certified Personal Leadership Effectiveness (PLE) coach to review the MERIT Profile™ assessment and to complete a personal and professional life plan.
• Complete e-learning modules focused on the 10 MAXIMIZERS Principles.
• Have the opportunity to join 36 alumni who have completed this unique leadership program.

Facilitators for the spring session are Abby Foster (FAI certified trainer/coach and managing principal of Ahnimisha Consulting) and Rose Mary Pham (FAI certified trainer/coach and owner of Mary’s Little Lamb Preschool).

Speakers for the spring 2018 session include: Celia Swanson, Consultant/Executive Coach/Speaker; Ulanda Terry, Founder of All Things Posh-Posh Events and Design; Carla Thompson, Founder of Divine Diva/Diva World; Susan Kuehn, CMS, V.P., Mortgage Planning & Development Manager for Arvest Bank and Women’s PLE Program Alumni; Tanya Hayes, Founding Principle of Bluvista; Dr. Sarah Knife Chief, Orthopedic Surgeon; Lisa Ray, Regional Executive for Arvest Bank in Arkansas and Missouri; Susan Chambers, Founding Principal of Chambers Consulting; and Dr. Becky Paneitz, Founder/CEO of Inseitz Group.

Fall 2017 program graduate Kate Sosna said her participation in the Women’s Personal Leadership Effectiveness™ program was invaluable in experience and in development. “Completing this program shifted not only my thoughts about myself as a working female professional and rising leader, but also as a woman in the Northwest Arkansas community,” Sosna said.

To be eligible to participate in the spring session, women must be employed for at least three years, have served in a mid-level supervisory position for at least one year or supervised a program or project, show an openness to feedback and a willingness to learn, and be willing to commit to the time and rigor of the program.

Participants can register for the program online. The session will begin Wednesday, February 28 at the Center for Nonprofits, 1200 West Walnut Street, Rogers, Arkansas, 72756. It is an 11-week program with six in-class sessions held every other week from 8:30 a.m. to noon. During the non-class meeting weeks, participants will complete the e-learning modules and meet with their certified PLE coach.

Lisa Ray, regional executive for Arvest Bank in Arkansas and Missouri, said she is pleased with the growth of Arvest associates who have attended the program. “The participants tell me that they feel more empowered to speak up with their great ideas,” Ray said. They are contributing a higher level of leadership due to increased confidence and a laser focus on their mission. In fact, several Arvest ladies who have earned their certification have already pursued and obtained their dream jobs.”
