Anthony Ball of Smoothman Music Productions Named Among Most Inspiring Black Entrepreneurs |

Small business finance organization Fundera recently released a list of their 14 most inspiring success stories from black entrepreneurs. Smoothman Music Productions's Anthony Ball was featured among the group. Below is his excerpt from the list.
"Anthony Ball knew his community loves the arts, so he decided he'd bring another element of high-caliber entertainment to Fayetteville by starting Smoothman Music Production. A challenge he faced entering the industry was gaining peoples trust since he was fairly younger than his peers in the industry.
But his community is everything to him and he built relationships with his peers and let his work speak for itself. Ball said he is happy to add to the already inclusive, professional and close-knit vendor community in NW Arkansas.
Even though music is already huge in NW Arkansas, Ball hopes to diversify it and bring a world-class professionalism to his city.
He also hopes to share how he succeeds in the private sector with the bigger public shows because it creates more jobs and builds the community."
