The Pack Shack, an Arkansas-based non-profit known for fighting food insecurity through crazy fun Feed the Funnel meal packing parties, is officially opening its new location in Cave Springs. The Pack Shack will host a ribbon cutting, grand opening, and facility tour event on Thursday, April 27 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event is open to the public. “We are thrilled to be in this new facility in Cave Springs,” said Bret Raymond, co-founder and CEO of The Pack Shack. “In addition to the greatly expanded warehouse space, we are excited to introduce the community to the party room. This space is dedicated for organizations who want to host their own Feed the Funnel parties at our location.” The 7,000 square foot facility, designed and engineered by Harrison French & Associates, represents a significant commercial development in Cave Springs and has been noticed by many local residents. “Many people have stopped in to see what we’re doing because the building is attractive and welcoming,” commented Raymond. “When they find out the mission of The Pack Shack, they’re very proud that The Pack Shack is in Cave Springs.” Founded in Northwest Arkansas in 2013, The Pack Shack employs seven full-time and one part-time employee in Arkansas. The Pack Shack also has warehouses and team members in Columbus, OH and Kansas City, KS. The address for the new facility is 1091 E. Lowell Ave., Cave Springs, AR 72718.
