KHBS/KHOG | Taylor Pannell Named 40/29 News' Get Ready Weather Weekend Morning Weather Anchor

Forecaster with Arkansas Ties Rounds Out the Get Ready Weather Team

KHBS Taylor Pannell.jpgROGERS/FAYETTEVILLE/FORT SMITH, AR (April 11, 2017) – Taylor Pannell has been named weekend morning weather anchor and weekday reporter at KHBS/KHOG-TV, the Hearst Television Inc. ABC affiliate serving the Fayetteville and Fort Smith, Arkansas television market.

Pannell joins 40/29 News from KOLN/KSNB/KNOP-TV in Lincoln, Nebraska where he’s been anchoring and producing weather segments for weekend evening and weekday newscasts since April, 2016.

“Taylor’s Arkansas forecasting experience enhances our commitment to provide the most accurate local weather coverage around the clock,” said KHBS/KHOG-TV News Director, Colleen Clement. “Whether it’s on-air, online, on our news app or via social media, 40/29’s Get Ready Weather team has viewers covered 24/7,” added Clement.

Pannell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television from Jonesboro’s Arkansas State University in 2015 and will complete the Broadcast Meteorology Certificate program from Mississippi State University in 2018.

Pannell joined the Get Ready Weather team on April 3rd.
