Bost, Inc. Board of Directors Announces Executive Director Transition to Katie Raines Beginning July 1, 2017 |

The Bost Board of Directors announced that Kent C. Jones, Executive Director, will retire on July 1, 2017 after thirty years of service to the Agency. On behalf of the consumers, families and community served by Bost, Inc., the Board expresses their gratitude and appreciation for Kent’s continual years of effort and outcomes to support the mission of Bost and to provide opportunities for many individuals to improve their quality of life and successes.
The Bost, Inc. Board of Directors is very pleased to also announce the selection of Katie Raines as the next Executive Director beginning July 1, 2017. Katie brings a wealth of experience, with twenty-five years in the field of disabilities, six of those years with Bost, both in programs and administration. With experience in many positions in community agencies and the State, Katie’s transition from Associate Executive Director to Executive Director in July will be a smooth one for Bost services and operations.
The Bost Board of Directors wish Kent and his wife, Mamie, the very best upon their planned retirement, and congratulate Katie in her position as the next Executive Director for Bost, Inc.
Since 1959, Bost has been providing choices and opportunities in Western Arkansas for individuals with developmental and related disabilities so that they may live, work and play in the community.
