TCBY Promenade Pointe

My Grandmother had never had frozen yogurt before, so I brought her here to try it for the first time. She loved all the different flavor options and ended up picking 4 different yummy flavors in one cup. She really enjoyed the white chocolate flavor.

I am highly allergic to gluten, but they had 2 different gluten free choices, which were both tasty. I chose the lemonade flavor and I'm so glad I did, because it was perfectly tart, yet sweet.

I've been to countless yogurt places in California, but this place has the most topping choices I've EVER seen! They even have Reese's peanut butter sauce and honey!!! Love this place!!!

Great ice cream, kids love it. But the SERVICE! Sorry to interrupt your Snapchat/Instagram scrolling to ask for a kid cup, then prompt me for a tip...

INSANELY OVER PRICED I love the frozen yogurt but it's just to overprice. Clem here if you want to spend $30 for like 3 people getting the smallest amount and the smallest cup. Not worth it, get better ice cream for cheaper at like Andy's or some local place.

Not a big fan of this make it yourself style. Lots of options but not ones I preferred. It was ok but not like I remember as a kid.

Delicious fro-yo! Not too many choices though. Clean facility, nice staff, many choices to put in your fro-yo. Mmm!

Been years since I've had TCBY, this place was great, amazing flavors-toasted marshmallows and German chocolate for me...it was very clean and the employees dished toppings. Would highly recommend

Love the grapefruit one! But now you have the workers serving you the toppings it's kinda of weird. The worker didn't even have gloves on! I was hesitant to even get any topping!

I love frozen yogurt! They aren't my fav frozen yogurt place, but I still like them. It is self serve style, so you grab one of the cups and fill it up yourself with whatever flavor and toppings you want. You pay by the ounce. If you notice, those self serve cups are quite large. It tricks you into thinking you don't have a lot of yogurt when you are filling yours up, so you keep filling it up haha. I feel like their yogurt is a little on the icy side. They have a variety of flavors, so you will find something you will like! They have seating outside and inside. Customer service has been good when I have gone.

The ice cream obviously was great, however the service was not. My boyfriend and I went last night and the whole store was run by teenagers (which isn't inherently bad). The guy having to place the toppings seemed so put out every time you asked him for a topping, it literally made us feel bad for asking. Then the lady up from was so rude and had an overall terrible attitude. Today I called to see if I left something there and a young girl said "I don't know" with no further information. Honestly if I was the manager, I would definitely get that place into gear

Loved the yogurt but was really disappointed in the service. The woman at the front did not greet us or assist in anyway and never smiled. As a customer service worker myself, it was surprising to see such disregard for customers. All in all not the best.
