I would recommend Kyle Elliot all day everyday! My sister was visiting and accidentally locked me and my wife out of our house. We had no other keys, it was extremely cold outside, etc. Called the number and everyone was already tied up. Even though he was busy, he took the time to speak to me, give me some advice and be genuinely helpful, knowing the situation. It was much appreciated. If it every happened again, I, no question, would call him.

George at Pop O Lock came to the house because the 1st key he made only lasted a few months. So George doesn't stand behind his product I had to pay again. Yesterday April 13th that one broke lasted maybe 5 months. We have paid $400 for 3 fobs that George made and all 3 ended up breaking. I went to the dealer yesterday paid $279. For a oem fob because Honda's lasted 11 years George and Pop O Lock Lasted 4 or 5 months .. not 1 key fob, not 2 key fobs, but 3 key fobs for $400 so we could use them for 5 months. George you know your wrong but you will not do anything except stealing people's money

Needed a key fob made for our Honda Civic so we called Pop O Lock. 2 fobs and $250 for 3 months use before key fob started to crack. I called George & his response yes Hoda's do that. Wouldn't help, didn't want to listen and basically told me to pound salt. Really wow never in this lifetime will Pop O Lock even be considered. George if Honda's do that inform your customer prior to servicing them. Oh right the reason you don't because you couldn't take them forv$250

It's the end of a long work day. I get home and can't get into the bedroom. Not so lucky for me it's a keyed lock, not a easy unlock knob, you know, the type that an ice pick will open...I tried to gently pry it open - nope, that didn't work! I tried every key in the junk drawer - nope, that didn't work either. After much frustration, I gave up, relinquished my supergirl badge and called Pop-A-Lock.
Jimmy to the rescue! Within an hour, Jimmy arrived. He's a pleasant guy, didn't mind my annoying dog and was quick with the solution.
Jimmy and Pop-A-lock get a five star review from me!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Robin R.Fayetteville, AR022Nov 24, 2019
I'm embarrassed to say we have had to use Pop-A-Lock TWICE, each time on a SUNDAY. They came out quickly, were efficient and reasonable, and friendly. Would recommend MOST DEFINITELY. Don't bother calling the others, one who actually told me no when I asked if someone could come out to help me. Thanks mister.

Eddie dropped everything to rush to my desperate aid today. He brought the necessary tools and calm demeanor needed to safely free my pet from the garage door chain, of which she had become entangled and pinned by. He was swift and precise and reassuring. I can't sing enough praises!! What a hero!

I have attempted to call or submit request numerous times today, the phone doesn't have an answering machine, and the computer program jams on the last "Submit" page. How can they do business without communication?

Fast service when my three year old granddaughter was accidentally locked in my car. And, they didn't charge me a fee since a child was involved.

Locked myself out of my house & my landlord was in Nashville. Told me they would be here in 20 mins, but it took them 40. Only took them 5 mins to get it open, though. $50 which is reasonable in my opinion. Greg was friendly fast & professional

George was at our house 10 minutes after we called. We were inside in 5 more minutes. Courteous and professional, hopefully we won't need to use again, but we know who to call if we do need a locksmith.

Very fast curious service for our house lockout.
2 seconds for him to use a flat head screwdriver to pry open the lock on the back door.
$50 owed to pop a lock for doing very little.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
