I had a good exam, however the doctor charged me $95 to pull two eyelashes that were growing the wrong direction. Literally told two seconds.
Then I called back a few weeks later to get a copy of my prescription. The doctor didn't record it in my chart, so they wanted to charge me $30 to come in for a script. They are knowledgeable & compassionate.
Excellent customer service.
The moment you arrive to the facility, you are handled w/ compassion to your circumstance.
Each department within the facility is equipped to assist you with your questions, comments or concerns.
Dr. Jeffries is highly knowledgeable & takes the time to explain options within a procedure. I appreciated the information & how it was presented to me.
Allowing me to make that final decision w/ no further questions or concerns.
I highly recommend Dr. Jeffries-who was recommended to me by a close friend. To date, I have completed one eye cataract surgery & may confirm, it has been life changing! My second eye will be completed within a week -10 days. I wanted to wait to write this review until I had several weeks since my first eye has been completed- I have no issues to report regarding the protocol of the surgery. Fast, friendly, and high-tech! After moving to the area I knew that I was in need of a one-stop-shop for my eye health. I have certainly found that at Jeffries Eye Associates. The staff was friendly and quick to process my new patient paperwork (they mailed it to me ahead of time so the process was expedited).
Their facility is new and very clean. They have a large selection of frames for men, women, and children. I didn't look at the prices, but I did note a variety of high-end brands were in the showroom.

I was not going to write this yet since I have not actually been seen yet. This is more about the process of starting as a new patient. I was referred by my Dr to go to Jeffries, I called and spoke with the person up front and we talked for a bit because my insurance is a bit different because I live here and work from a different state. I know that it is difficult to follow insurance. We talked and she said all was good we set the appt. I went on line to make sure the Dr was in network etc. to cover myself because you never know.
I went in for my appointment, nope not in network, Seriously we already went through this. Alot of phone calls and an 1 hour and 1/2 later we got the insurance issue cleared up as far as I could see and them talking to my insurance etc. But then I was told "I still do not believe this insurance is any good, so you will need to pay for everything up front". I have been going to these people for 4 years. I have NEVER, not even one time I have I ever left happy. Have left me in the waiting room for over an hour, today, I was 10 minutes late after a 3 hour drive to get there (an accident at the exit 2 blocks from there made me late)and the front staff lady that has always been there was just mean. Made me cry. Acted as if she personally controlled the planet and could judge you accordingly. Has made me cry often, talks to me like I am stupid. Customer service should matter no matter the buisness. You shouldn't employ an old hateful bully. Period.

Thank you, Kimber, for recognizing our awesome doctors and great techs. We never want someone to have a less than perfect experience. Our doctors and team value excellence at every point of patient interaction. We are currently restructuring our front desk staff to accommodate for rapid growth, and we will certainly address your comments.
Oct 16, 2018Previous reviewThe doctors they have here are awesome!! Back staff great! Frount desk ladies have been rude, unhelpful, impatient, intolerant and sarcastic. One particular staff either needs a diffrent job, a diffrent home life, maybe change her spiritualality, idk. She just isn't pleasant yet has worked there for years! I don't know how to run a doctors office; however I do know that it isn't good for buisness.
