Fresh Harvest - Eureka Springs

Wow. This place is amazing!! Who knew there were SO many different types of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar!!!

Two very nice ladies helped us so much yesterday....so much so that we decided to go back again today!

The generic store bought olive oil has so many additives and these olive oils are pressed here and the health benefits are so much better for you!

Stop in- you'll be amazed!!! Why not enlighten that same old salad, pork marinade, or cheeseboard with some flavor!!! I was here for an hour and could have stayed another 2. A secret of the local chefs!

I didn't even like balsamic vinegar until we went there and sampled several of their flavors. We ended up spending over $100 before we left because they have so many great options. And we just got back home to Texas yesterday and I've already ordered 2 more gift sets to be shipped. So glad the bartender at Local Flavor recommended this place

Love, love, love!!! The owner at Edelweiss Inn where I stayed gave me a flyer for this place and I'm so glad he did. I eat a (mostly) clean diet so this is right up my alley. I got there just as they were starting a tasting tour and got to join in. It was very informative and interesting. After the tour you can walk around and taste any of the oils or vinegars they have.

I bought a sampler, the 18yo balsamic and the butter olive oil. I am in heaven. I rarely use balsamic without reducing it because I find it too vinegary but theirs is so sweet and delicious that I can use it straight out of the bottle. I can't wait to use the samples I bought.

Leesa and I visited Fresh Harvest again this weekend and it was great! We had a great time chatting with the owner and trying out the oils. I purchased the butter flavored olive oil I wanted from last time.

The oils start at 12.95 and the vinegars at 11.95. You can sample may before buying your choices. Fresh Harvest has become a tradition for us and we will be back!!

Our second time at Fresh Harvest. This time we had more time and the shop keeper was so helpful and friendly. We tried a variety of vinegars and infused oils. Wow. Just like trying quality coffee compared to grocery store coffee ... trying these and comparing vinegar and olive oils you buy in the grocery store is not a fair comparison. The balsamic vinegars didn't taste at all like what you buy in the store. Even though there is no sugar added it taste much sweeter and less acidic. Everything was great. We left with several items including a vinegar infused with chocolate. A great place to shop. Highly recommend!

Dozens of flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils. Sample as many as you want. Friendly staff had helpful suggestions and combos to taste. Even had truffle and walnut oils, pastas, dispensers, gift bags, etc. extraordinary!

Such a neat place. Be ready to try some amazing oils and balsamic vinegars. Don't be afraid to combine them. Ask as many questions as you wish. The staff is great.

We wandered in here somewhat by accident, but it ended up being the highlight of our trip to Eureka Springs!! We learned so much and had such a wonderful time. The tasting was free, but we left with 6 bottles because everything was so good! We will definitely be making an online order again soon!

Amazing place. Fresh Harvest is a must visit if you are in Eureka Springs. The olive oil and balsamic tasting room tour is enlightening and you will never buy "store bought" again.
