Adam's AutoWerks HTX

After several shops near me would not even take a look at why my late 60's Fiat wouldn't start, I looked further afield and called Adam. He actually listened while I explained the problem and described what I had already tried. His attitude of "okay, this is a mechanical puzzle that we can solve" was exactly what I was hoping for.

Adam found a relatively straightforward fix - to a problem that I, in my ineptitude, had created myself - and got my car running smoothly. He also managed to not make me feel stupid when describing what he had done to repair my error, even though I totally deserved it.

The cost of the repair was far less than I expected and was prepared to pay.

Based on this initial experience with Adam's AutoWerks, I can't write enough positive comments.

Adam's shop is pristine, he took good care with the handling and storage of my fragile car, his communication is great, and he got me back on the road at a price that was more than fair. I don't know what else folks could ask for.

Hands down best and most trustworthy mechanic! All 3 of my vehicles have been taken care of by Adam. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic. I'm so thrilled that I found this one!

Adam and everyone here are courteous and knowledgeable. They explain what's going on with your car so the layman can undersrand without sounding condescending.

I trust Adam. I do not feel like he will rip me off on price or offer me something I don't need. In fact I know he won't. BMW told me I needed two headlight sensors replaced and my warranty didn't cover it. They wanted $535.00. Adam quotes me $280.00 for two sensors. Then he took me under the car to show me there is only ONE sensor. The other doesn't exist. He still needed to replace an additional part that wasn't quoted, plus I got a fuel injector cleaner, and walked out the door at $230.00. Less than what he quoted me. It's a nice shop and a nice building. The first time I went, he had Netflix on the TV and I watched The Office while my car was repaired. I feel confident he knows what he's talking about. And when he can't do something (transmission, paint), he has plenty of people he highly recommends who can help. He's also patient when you're trying to learn and is willing to help teach a little bit. I would recommend to anyone.
