This past week FDC & Cushman & Wakefield celebrated with our friends at Tetra Pak as we broke ground on the Expansion of their Denton TX facility. This multi faceted project will feature a 10KSF plant expansion, a overhead skybridge connecting two existing buildings, numerous individual pieces of equipment related structural and MEP infrastructure and the coordination and installation of an elevated platform with an overhead conveyor system connecting 3 buildings. 9 months in the making, FDC was selected as the #designbuilder on this project this past summer. We worked closely with Cushman & Wakefield and the Tetra Pak team to design, budget, schedule and sequence this project.
