I spilled an entire cup of coffee on our carpet at work. Cory came to the rescue and all the remnants of the dried in stain came out. You can't even tell what a mess I made. He was polite and efficient. I will use his services as often as possible!

They promise you the world so you will sign a contract with them but they never actually deliver. Numerous complaints were made but nothing was ever rectified. The janitorial staff they contracted broke the door because the key got stuck & then left us with the repair bill. They kindly informed us that: "It is not our responsibility to pay for the bill, it is the responsibility of the janitorial staff since they are their own company". Please beware of the terms when you sign with this company.

Vanguard completes janitorial services for the school I work at. On site, Jose comes during the day and is the on-site manager. He has always been kind and responsive to the spontaneous needs that come up at a high school. With Tom taking over as the point-person at the office, there has been an improvement in communication and contact around services. Responses with both Tom and Jose have been quick and helpful. The needs of a school change often, and I appreciate the work that Vanguard does to support us.

Biggest scammers our there. They got my business by low balling and promising high quality services. Well I have news for you, you get what you pay for. They do not do anything and they tie you on their contract. It took me 9 months to get rid of them. Be careful if you decide to hire this franchise and do not sign a year contract because you will not get any quality for them. Also, I found out that they sold my small building to some Joe who has never cleaned in his life.
Save your self some head ache and stay away from Vanguard.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. This is one of the most incompetent companies I've ever worked with. To begin with, I never even noticed they cleaned. The only way I knew they had been here was the fact that the waste bins were emptied. I repeatedly spoke with the Office Manager about the poor service and wrote requests in the log book directly to the cleaners, but the quality never improved. Additionally, they MORE THAN ONCE missed cleaning dates, and once even showed up unexpected on a Sunday during a meeting instead of on their regular Friday date.

Finally, we were switched to a new cleaning crew, and the service got even worse. They emptied the recycling into the green compost bin, left a soaking wet mop in the bathroom, left cleaning supplies in the conference room, and didn't set the alarm! I don't know what they did with all the cleaning supplies they left out, because they definitely didn't use them. The place was still left virtually untouched.

After COUNTLESS complaints and chances, I finally have discontinued our services with Vanguard. However, despite these repeated failures and contract breaches, they still think we should pay for an extra month worth of cleaning, because the contract states 30-day notice is required.

Stay away! These people just contract the jobs out to other companies, so they have no control over their cleaners because they're not employees.

We signed a contract with Vanguard several months ago but wanted to wait a bit to see if they were as good as they promised. Well it's been five months and we are still extremely pleased with their service. Jason is our inside rep who still continues to communicate with me even after five months! Never had that before. The folks that do the cleaning are meticulous, on time, and have exceeded our expectations.

Our business has changed over to vangaurd cleaning systems . They do an AMAZING JOB .
James Okazaki is our rep and is always available when we may need him for extra services .

Their actual service is marginal. Dusting is definitely NOT their forté, but we have yet to find a service that really lives up to our expectations. My real beef is with their billing. Apparently they bill in advance, something that was not clear since we did not receive the first invoice. And they don't know who their clients are, we received a call three weeks after a check was cashed because their accountant didn't know who to credit the payment to. We will definitely be looking at our options when our contract is up.

These people keep sending us spam emails. We never signed up for these emails, so why should we "unsubscribe" which will only serve to validate our email address and may cause even more spam. We have never done business with this company, nor would we ever do business with a company that egages in spam.

They leave the floor soaked in the front office, leave their cleaning supplies on my front desk many times. They forget to empty trash at times. They are terrible and don't seem to care. They barely do anything for what they get paid for.
