Their mechanics are good and honest. This is an honest dealership that won't rip you off on a repair. I thought I had a big problem, but I was pleasantly surprised to see them find something simple and took care of it without a huge cost.

Very nice people. Got a car financed guess there was a problem a couple days down the road the finance company seen and wouldn't let me get the card. Sadly had to take it back and get my trade in back but I got tint for the new car and the paid me back for it!

Service manager reached out and explained was a mistake by a new employee. Provided a corrected breakdown of what work was done, what cost were involved and refunded the charges added in error. I'm satisfied they took the effort to try to correct this.

Said would take it off and then tried to charge me $817 when I questioned how 855 minus 150 equaled 817 only response was that's what it was but might could take a $30 miscellaneous charge which no one could explain what it was. I've dealt with this dealership for over 10 years and always felt they were honest until today. Never again they are complete ripoffs and can't even tell you where the charges are from. I would have been happy to pay what I owe if anyone could have explained how much I owe instead of each time looking at it telling me it was a different price (always over 800 but no real reason for being over 300 more than quoted) for a different reason. I had already paid the bill before realizing all the hidden charges and lies so ultimately told them keep the money and walked out.

Had service complete on my Suburban and they didn't put the cap back on the coolant system. Driving down the road my vehicle started running hot, got home opened the hood and notice coolant all over my engine. Called the service department and they needed to look and see if they had one in stock. I told them maybe check you garage since I just left about 1hour ago. I then wait for a spare car to come home so I could go pick up the cap. Then I was asked the best question from the service department. You didn't drive the car here for the cap? I said you are really asking the question. Sure I will fill the car up with coolant and drive here so more coolant could get all over my car. Unbelievable and all I reserved back was a sorry. Does anyone remember when going to a dealership for service was superior service. This was there third mess up! 3 strikes your out!

I am not typically a big fan of dealerships in general. I've been flat out lied to and gas lighted! It's appalling how so many dealerships condone treating customers horribly - high pressure being the least of the problem.
But, Nunnally Chevrolet is the exception!!
I have had so many positive interactions with this dealership. From the sales experience to the parts department. I feel like I've always been treated with respect!! That's saying something because so often women are preyed on by the auto industry.
I am especially impressed with the service department. They look for things that are in need of repair or wearing out but I've never experienced up-sells or lies about what else is wrong!
Fred in the service department is a star! Great attitude! Professional! Courteous! And he's been there for years so he really knows what's up!!
I'm sure they're not perfect, but any time I've had issues arise they've gone the extra mile to make it right!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kevin K.Holyoke, CO01Aug 19, 2019
I have had great experiences buying 2 vehicles from here, but every time my wife takes her vehicle in for service she gets creepily hit on every time by the service guy. Very unprofessional! Will take my business elsewhere if this continues.

I drove over to George Nunnally Chevrolet on Friday afternoon with my leased Chevy to do some car shopping. My Chevy Volt lease was due to expire in a couple of weeks, so I drove over to Nunnally, expecting to turn in one car and replace it with another.
I was greeted at the door quickly enough, and explained I had a leased vehicle to return and was looking for a replacement. I was told to wait for the Finance guy - and waited 30 minutes before someone came over and asked what I was waiting for? I explained again and was told to wait. Another dealer person came over and explained - we don't take leased cars back! What? I was a little dumbfounded as Ally Bank had directed me here and this dealership leases Chevys (as they all do). I was directed to Everett Chevy in Springdale. Whoever the owner is at Nunnally - you need to find out why your staff are acting as sales people for Everett - they are doing a great job for your competition!
So I drove ten minutes down the road to Everett Chevy who could not have been nicer, asked me for my leased car keys and accepted the car without question. Danny @ Everett explained that all they have to do is call Chevy who then send someone over to inspect and collect the car - it's that easy. Funny thing is, I've bought family vehicles from Danny when he was at the Fayetteville Auto Mall more then five years ago - remembered my name, the cars I had bought (wife, daughter and one for me). No wonder this dealership is so on the ball. So my new Everett Chevy is being washed and fueled as I type this and I'm totally happy with the deal here. Do yourself a favor and go to Everett in Springdale. Don't waste your time at Nunnally.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dave E.Bella Vista, AR04Nov 20, 2020
The most enjoyable car purchasing experience we've ever had at a dealership. I went to the pre-owned side of the dealership to talk about a vehicle on the lot. The sales person was extremely helpful and friendly. I got all the information I needed, told them what it would take to make the deal work, they came very close to my bottom line, quoted me a payment that met my goals and we made a deal. We came back the next evening {24 hours to decompress} did the paperwork and was in and out driving home in 20 minutes! Not 4 hours like my last purchase at a dealership. Would highly recommend Nunnally Chevrolet.

At first this was an okay experience. The sales guy was not pushy and allowed me to look and test drive. Then it came to them looking at my car to value the trade in. This is where they want to screw you. They give you auction value of your vehicle and they don't use NADA or KBB. As he was explaining this to me I was looking up my car in NADA and put all the options it has and showed him that my car was worth more than they were willing to offer for trade. He flat out said 'you are wrong'. I showed him what NADA said and again 'you did not do it correctly and that is wrong'. I told him I did not think he was correct and when I said that I looked over at their finance person as he was watching my discussion with the sales person and he began to snicker at me for telling them I did not think they were correct in the valuation of my car. I found that they are disrespectful and I would advise people to avoid the used car dealership at Nunnally so you do not have the same poor experience and feeling of being taken advantage of as I did. FYI - my car's NADA clean trade in value is 22,700 and they offered 17,000. The clean retail is 26,425. Food for thought.

I started taking my 2011 Chevy Equinox to this dealership for oil changes, tire rotations, and anything else it needs. Fred Rainey is so great to work with. I never worry about being charged for something that doesn't need to be done on my vehicle. Thank you all for being so awesome!
