Event Description: Come join us at Epoch Health to continue the holiday season in a healthy fashion along with our neighbors in the shopping center. We'll have a healthy cooking demonstration and food provided by Optimal Nutrition Cooking Center, beverages, raffles, ZYTO Screenings by Shipman's Healthy and Whole, $20 Men's Health Screenings provided by Epoch Health, skincare for all, and chair massages by Spa 810. Donations for children of the 8th Street Motel recommended as entry if in the giving spirit.
