Event Description: Literacy Council of Benton County needs your help!  We will train you to be a certified volunteer tutor (2 hrs. with our Certified Tutor Trainer). You will have the tools and materials necessary to give an adult the gift of literacy.  The majority of our students are learning English as a second language and are from many different countries.  Only English is spoken in class; you do not need to know a second language to tutor, nor do you need a college degree.
