19th Annual Race for the Cure Registration Office Now Open

Come celebrate this annual spring tradition with the ribbon cutting at 11:00 AM

WHAT                 With just over a month left until the 19th annual Race for the Cure, the Komen Ozark Affiliate will open their Race Registration Office on Thursday, April 6th.  Sponsored by Washington Regional Medical Center, the race office is located in Pinnacle Promenade Mall in Suite 5165 next door to Candy Craze.

                             

Prizes and discounts will be offered to those who come and register!

 

The 19th Annual Race for the Cure will be held at Pinnacle Promenade Saturday, April 22nd.  Participants can register at the race office or online at www.komenozark.org up until race day.

 

WHEN                 Thursday, April 6, 2017

      • 10:00 AM – Office opens to register for Race for the Cure
      • 11:00 AM – Ribbon Cutting with Rogers Mayor Greg Hines and Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors
      • 11:00 AM -  Lunch provided by Signature Bank
      • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Magic 107.9  and Kix 104 Broadcasting Live

About Komen Ozark

Since the inception in 1998, the Ozark Affiliate has awarded over $10 million to local organizations to provide breast health services to uninsured and underinsured men and women in the 10 county service area.  Breast health services includes; screening and diagnostic services, treatment assistance and support, emergency financial assistance, educational programs and breast health navigators.  In addition to the $10 million funded locally, nearly $3 million has been invested in the Komen National’s Research and Awards program in search of finding a cure.
