Northwest Arkansas Partners Conducting Community Health Survey |

Partners from across the four-county Northwest Arkansas area are conducting a comprehensive community health survey this summer as part of a regional health needs assessment process. Results of this survey will be used to determine priority needs and guide programming and funding requests. Go to www.harknwa.com, click on the orange “Community Health Needs Survey” button, and take the 10-minute survey today. The survey is available in English and Spanish. A Marshallese language version will be coming in a few weeks.
This collaborative effort is supported by the following partners: Arkansas Coalition of Marshallese, Arkansas Dept. of Health, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington County Health Units, Community Clinic NWA, Hark at the Center for Collaborative Care, Mercy NWA, Ozark Guidance Center, UAMS Northwest, and Washington Regional Medical Center.
